Proportional and Non Proportional Relationships - Chapter 1.4

Good Evening to all,

We are moving onward but still staying in the standard of RATES and Proportional Relationships.  
This lesson is exactly this - PROPORTIONAL - meaning that 2 quantities are equal - they are proportional. 
Again, a mouthful- these are like equivalent fractions!  And being non proportional is like having 
two fractions that are not equivalent!  
So watch the videos and take notes in your graphic organizers.
