Here are the videos on chapter 5, lesson 5
Lesson 5 is about simplifying Algebraic Expression. I think that this is a very simple concept.
All we are doing when simplifying an algebraic expression, is
combining term that are similar also call “Like Terms”.
Here is one thing I want you to pay attention to:
the variables have to be the same and have to have the same power.
X and X2 cannot be combine because although they are the
same variable or base, the powers are different, so therefore, these are NOT like terms.
