In this lesson in chapter 1, we are looking at solving proportions again but with ratios.
The standards are 7.RP.2 7.RP.2b 7.RP.3 .
Proportions are equations that are EQUIVALENT, meaning they are equal to each other.
Often time, CROSS PRODUCTS is an easy way to solve these.
We have done something like this when we used cross products to simplify the fraction. So follow along with the videos and take your notes in your Graphic Organizer.
YOUR NEW VOCABULARY WORD is CROSS PRODUCT!
Make sure you define this with all the other vocabulary terms.
