Chapter 6.8 Solving 2 Step INEQUALITIES

Good Day to all of you,
Today we are moving onward with solving 2 STEP INEQUALITIES- This is your vocabulary term.  This means that you are going to be solving 2 steps to get the solutions.  As in EQUATIONS, you start on the Variable Side - Balance the Constant ( number that stands alone) on both sides - then take care of Balancing the Coefficients (number that is part of the variable).  REMEMBER the trick: When multiplying or dividing across the INEQUALITY, you must flip the < or > signs. In your graphic organizers write the vocabulary terms and definitions for
2 STEP INEQUALITIES - CONSTANTS - COEFFICIENTS  - PROPERTIES of INEQUALITIES!!!
And....... you are in for a special treat today with a couple of your peers who solve the problems for you!!!! If you want to do this, please let me know......
Here is Andrew's Chicken, Bertha - it's a beauty!

Homework: Read the blog- watch the videos- complete the vocabulary listed above and take notes in the graphic organizer for SOLVING 2 STEP INEQUALITIES:
As always in MATH
